For the past 20 years, I have felt called to walk along side others in their journey of discovering God’s amazing love, healing, and hope. I received my BA degree from Northwestern College and my Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. I am jazzed about spending time with Mary and my daughters, Rachael and Amanda. I thoroughly enjoy, outdoor activities, triathlons, and most things energetic! Certifications include Youth Professional from Youth Leadership and Marriage Works Consultation through American Association of Christian Counselors.
Sarah Monson
Worship Arts Director
Since accompanying hymns in my home church in Warroad, Minn., I have had a passion for worship. God promises that if we seek Him we will find Him! I received my Bachelor of Music (Piano) from MSU, Mankato and am currently working towards my ministry license through the Evangelical Covenant Church. I enjoy reading, cooking, cleaning (yes, I’m crazy), being outdoors (maybe not so much in winter…then why do I live in Minnesota?) and I’m so thankful for my family – husband Trever, our son Gabriel and beagle Oz.
Mandy Radtke
Children and Youth Director
I have always had a heart for children and youth of all ages and a passion for teaching them about the love of God. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and have a variety of experiences working with children and youth. At NewDay my focus is working with kids from nursery age all the way through high school. My desire for them is to know and love God and his Word. I am so excited to see how God will mold the youth of NewDay Covenant through Awana, cNEXTions, and Encounter. I love spending time with my husband, Jake, coffee shops, reading, and playing volleyball.
